Pope Francis Global Academy is an exciting new faith-filled center of academic
excellence delivering a strong core curriculum presented through a global lens.
We offer Pre-K - 8th grade at two campuses on Chicago’s northwest side.

31 of our North Campus 7th and 8th graders competed in the Guerin Prep Math Competition and we took home a 1st and a 4th place in the individual categories and a 2nd and 3rd in the team competitions! We’re very proud of our students for representing our school in this fine manner. Thank you to Mr. Wuich for organizing and leading this charge!

Meanwhile, our junior high students at the South Campus have built and are studying an ecosystem! They created the project one month ago and they are now observing and studying how these plant and fish are and aren’t growing. Thank you to Mr. Conley!

Sports can play an important role in the development of a student’s work ethic, self-image and confidence. They serve to teach life skills and great work habits, as well as provide lessons in fortitude, patience and dealing with disappointment in a productive way. Our student athletes are students first, but we value and appreciate what their involvement with our sports teams does for them and for us as a community. We offer 10 different school sports teams beginning at various grade levels. Varsity Football team won their conference on Saturday, November 11 in a rainy battle against St. Juliana! Congrats to all of our athletes!

More progress is being made on the Illinois state tax credit scholarships. While there is still much that remains in question, you can keep up with all the latest developments on this on the Archdiocese of Chicago Website (url address below).

This bill will help families who can not afford a Catholic education to gift this gift to their children with the help of scholarships. It will also help some of our current families.

If you know any family who might benefit from these scholarships, please share this information with them. Applications, once available in early December, will be reviewed and scholarships awarded on a first come first served basis, for those who qualify.

As well, you would receive a tax benefit if you contribute to a scholarship organization.

FAQs are at this link:

Before you toss that General Mills cereal box into recycling,
check to see if it has a little pink BOX TOP$ logo, and it if does,
please tear it off and save it for our school!
The BOX TOP$ program is an easy way for parishioners and friends
to help our school earn money for much needed supplies!
Collect your BOX TOP$ in a baggie and leave them in the designated box in the back of the church!

Do you have a love for reading?
Do you enjoy interacting with children?
