Young Adult Ministry hosts "The Light Show" every 2nd Wednesday of the month at 9 am in the morning on Radio 950 AM. Hosts Fr. John Cusick and Dr. Kate DeVries discuss a variety of topics relating to the connection between faith and life for young adults .
Youth Group News
All high school – aged teens of the parish are welcome to join our Youth Group. Regularly scheduled activities are about to begin. It’s a wonderful way to be an active member of our parish community. Open Gym, Rec Room, Youth Mass, service projects, and social outings are just some of the opportunities offered throughout the year.

The St. Tarcissus Youth Group consists of high school age people of the parish. Our mission is to provide our youth with a connection to the parish, a chance to get together, participate in different activities, offer an opportunity to volunteer their talents and develop their Catholic identity.
The group gets together several times a month. Activities include open gyms and drop-ins - where members play ping-pong, pool and other games. Other endeavors include trips to Great America, Magic Waters, Gurnee Mills, skiing and ice-skating.
Members of the Youth Group also help out at various parish events. Some members serve the parish as Eucharistic Ministers, Lectors and Choir Members. The Youth Group has a monthly Youth Mass and regularly volunteers at a Soup Kitchen. |
